WealthyAffiliate 3 – The No Hype No Bullsh*t Review

Hi, and welcome to my WealthyAffiliate 3.0 Review. Look I know you are looking for the truth about this so I will leave the hype for other people and instead I am going to just tell you what is has done to my bottom line – Interested ?

I would much rather make that commission from somebody that knew about this than trying to bribe you with a *bonus* that may do more harm than good ( *what – I hear you say * well the truth is you will be too busy with the 8 week action plan – at least you should be if you are going to take this seriously to be distracted with bonuses no matter how good they are and  ‘ Yes’  I have some excellent bonuses I can give you but only after you learned the ropes – they will be 10 times more valuable to you then -I assure you ).

Now that I have all that out in the open here is my honest review of WealthyAffiliate 3.0 ( soon now to be referred to Wealthy Affiliate Platinum ) from a paying member since Dec 2005 ( yep that is not a misprint ).

I thought it best to break it down into pros & cons as that way you will get an object review unlike most others which all seem to be about good and never the bad.

If Truth Be Told

Before I list those off let me just say that I have found the whole affiliate marketing thing brutally hard. If you have been trying this for any length of time you might know where I am coming from but you know what if the internet marketing world was regulated then it would be so much better for us all. There is so much crap & scamming going on at the moment that its almost impossible to believe anything from anybody anymore even the guys at wealthy affiliate (yep that’s harsh but reality I’m afriad )

Anyway I am digressing a bit but it needed to be said. Okay to the nuts & bolts of it here we go.

This is not a short review but an in-depth honest one which I didn’t do to sing wealthyaffiliate 3.0 praises but to tell you what it has done to my bottom line ( as in profit ). You won’t find any fancy graphics or web design here as I am not an Internet Marketing Guru, all I am is an ordinary “Joe Soap” that was looking to make some extra income online in my spare time. I have been dabbling online for a while now specifically with Google Adwords & affiliating marketing and while I achieved some small success the learning curve was huge & the amount of crap I had to wade through was over powering.

Well in less than 3 months ( yes it took me 3 months but if you think you are going to get rich in a week from this forget it and go back to being a dreamer – sorry if that sounds harsh but it is the truth and better to know that now ) of being a member of the wealthyaffiliate forum I am now profiting by more than $100 a day. Actually my best day thus far was $280 profit. So with that said here is my take ( both pros & cons ) on the WealthyAffiliate membership site so enjoy

Pros

1. By far the most powerful part of the wealthyaffiliate 3.0 program is the forum. The post made by some of the advanced members are pure gold. One post by a gentleman has added $50 ( of the $ 100 mentioned above ) profit a day for me.

2. You get one to one tuition from the Owners Kyle & Carson. This will shorten your learning curve hugely – It did for me. They will even go into your adword account to make sure you have everything setup they way they teach in the resource section

3. The Resource area contains some excellent tutorials like
(a) Getting started guide,
(b) Actual case studies they set up in google adwords to show you how they profited in a very competitive industry.. This is invaluable believe me
(c) Building Opt-in lists
(d) Building Landing Pages
(e) Top Ten Mistakes
(f) Review style templates and a lot more tools you can use
(g) Online video tutorials
(h) 1-1 coaching *

4. You also get a hosts of extra features like
(a) Free Web Hosting
(b) Keyword Research Software
(c) Optimized Keyword Lists
(d) Ad Competition Spy Tool
(e) Keyword / Adwords Tools
(f) Hot Niches Exposed – Complete Research on a Hot Niche
(g) And there is more too….

Cons

- Yep you won’t here others talk about these and as good an all as this program is there are a numbers of ‘cons’ I identified

1. wealthyAffiliate 3.0 is an Internet & Affiliate marketing course – it is not a get rich quick program. I have seen some members posting in the forum wondering why they haven’t made a profit after a day or two and decide to quit. Don’t be one of these. If you decide to join wealthy affiliate then you need to give it a few months there is a learning curve in this and if you are prepared to learn then you will succeed guaranteed.

2. The more that join the wealthy affiliate program the more competition there is for all members. That’s okay though because with over 200 million surfing everyday there is room for everybody

3. New members don’t read or participate in the forum enough. Some new users get caught up in setting up campaigns and neglect to read the valuable information being posted everyday.

4. New members start campaigns too quick. I have seen post in the forums from new members where they make some profit and then start another campaign and before they know it they start loosing money and they wonder why. I wish the owners wouldn’t allow new registered users start a campaign for a week – Seriously, I think in the long run they would benefit from it.

5. This is a point I would just like to make on 3(h)* above. I will probably get some stick for this from other members or maybe the owners themselves but as I say this is an honest review from a long standing member ( Dec 2005 ) so it is my opinion only.

Since its inception WealthyAffiliate has grown to alot of members so 1-1 coaching could prove more difficult for the owners. In their defence in the early days Kyle & Carson helped me out in a big way as they turned around a failing adwords campaign into a $280 a day profit. Now don’t get me wrong here as I busted my chops on this but they helped me out with keyword organisation & grouping and saved the day for me.

Actually I look back now and am embarrased how I originally setup the campaign but the guys were true to their word with 1-1 coaching and turned that one round for me. Now that was back in the ealy days when numbers were small and there was no 8 week plan available for new members so alot has changed with wealthyaffiliate 3 since Dec 05 – June 06 ).

So what I am saying is that there are alot of members in wealthyaffiliate now so I don’t know how pratical 1-1 coaching can be for them but just to say I got it and they were more than true to their word.
